With water that seems like it's gotten cold a little more quickly than in years past it's good to remember what wusses we really are. That's what we have the actually-pretty-good surf flick 'Unsalted' to remind us of. If watching guys surf next to mini icebergs isn't enough then check out this press release about how surfing in Chicago can get you locked up; here's the best part:
"...local surfer, musician and activist Jack Flynn, who initiated a pro-surfing petition with over a thousand signatures on it, was arrested for surfing not so long ago. Pribram says "It's baffling. He was locked up overnight in his wetsuit, shivering with cellmates who'd just robbed a bank."
Probably not worth it, except to say you did it.
